Tiered Background

I was thinking about the background challenge and pulling reference from good old google search and I thought you all might want to see it as well.... the idea for the tiered, fantasy landscape came from some amazing ivory carvings we saw in Chinatown. So I pulled some pictures of those... sorry they aren't terribly detailed or high quality, but just to get an idea...
